After stakeholder interviews and field research, we landed on a "Contemporary Minimal" identity. To serve their local expat audience, I engineered a dedicated web & mobile experience with optimized bilingual typography (Cyrillic-Latin).

For the user:

  • Reduced Friction: Minimalist mobile architecture decreased the path-to-info to under 3 seconds.
