Goal: Build a digital product with a human touch from scratch.

After stakeholder interviews and field research, we landed on a "Contemporary Minimal" identity. To serve their local expat audience, I engineered a dedicated web & mobile experience with optimized bilingual typography (Cyrillic-Latin).

I deployed the final design via Squarespace. This way bakers could manage their site themselves.

For the user:
Reduced Friction: Minimalist mobile architecture decreased the path-to-info to under 3 seconds.
Accessibility: Cyrillic-Latin typographic optimization ensured zero language drop-off.
For the business:
Operational Efficiency: The owners now manage 100% of inventory and content updates in-house, eliminating external maintenance costs.
Brand Equity: Established a premium positioning through high-end visual storytelling, allowing the business to justify premium price points in a competitive market.
