The project began with a comprehensive audit of Cinema Park, a major cinema chain requiring a strategic interface overhaul.


Goal: Modernize the digital experience for a specific persona - a cinema nerd.

By mapping user behavior, I centralized the information. I prioritized Cinema Events and engineered a high-speed booking flow with clear, real-time options filtered by date and time.
